Featuring PA’s trade representatives and a keynote luncheon program on “Opportunities despite Challenges in Brazil”
World Trade Center Harrisburg will be hosting 17 of Pennsylvania’s 22 overseas trade office representatives for a day of one-on-one company appointments on Thursday, September 18, 2014 from Global Connections8:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Abraham Lincoln Hotel in Reading.
The event is held in conjunction with World Trade PA during Pennsylvania International Week.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn more about Pennsylvania’s free customized trade assistance program and meet face-to-face with the overseas trade office representatives to discuss opportunities for selling your products or services abroad.
The following trade representatives will available for meetings at the event: Arab Gulf, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Central and Eastern Europe, Chile, France, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Middle East Region, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.
The Keynote Luncheon Presentation “Opportunities despite Challenges in Brazil” will be given by Mr. Fabio Yamada from Pennsylvania’s Brazil Office. Mr. Yamada will present a snapshot of Brazil, opportunities that exist, and an overview of the challenges of getting into the Brazilian market, such as tariffs, market access, etc. He will also elaborate on how Pennsylvanian companies have been successful and how they were able to enter the market.
